SAP Message /VSO/R_MSG540 - PKM for customer is specified, but "Pack Customer-Specific" is not set

Diagnosis Vehicle space optimization cannot consider the packaging materials ofthe customer unless the indicator 'Pack Customer-related' has been set.If this is not the case, the materials are packed on the packagingmaterials of the means of transportation. Procedure Set the indicator 'Pack Customer-related' when the indicated packagingmaterials shall be loaded.
