Diagnosis

Since the outbound delivery takes part in a cross dockingscenario, a goods receipt and a goods issue must be posted for kitheaders. In Customizing, for the item category &V1& and schedule linecategory &V2& goods receipt or goods issue is not possible.

The goods issue for the outbound delivery is not posted.

Verify the Customizing setting of the item category and the scheduleline category.
