Diagnosis Item &V1& cannot be shipped in the same delivery with the other items ofthe delivery group &V2& because the header data is different. System Response The system issues this message if a delivery split is necessary, butcannot be done because of the delivery group. If this message appears when you are creating an outbound delivery, itindicates that the order item cannot be shipped with the currentoutbound delivery. Procedure If this message appears when you are creating an outbound delivery, doone of the following
- The header data of the item should be adjusted in a way that it can be
delivered with the other items of the delivery group.
- The delivery group of the item should be changed.
