Diagnosis During Records Management update for an SRM/EBP element an erroroccurred. Most important possible reasons: 1.) Creating a record for this element was impossible due to the factthat the record was already existing. 2.) Change of the record for this element was impossible due to the factthat the record was not existing. 3.) A Records Management framework error occurred. This may e.g. happendue to a customizing error for Records Management (e.g. missing elementtypes in registry, undefined connection parameters in registry etc.).You can get more information in the application log of your RecordsManagement system for the object SRM. 4.) Due to a Records Management relevant customizing error in theSRM/EBP system an error as described in 3.) occurred. 5.) The RFC connections between SRM/EBP system and the RecordsManagement system was not available. Procedure Check in Records Managment system the above reasons. |
