SAP Message /SAPPCE/PNV039 - First enter a start date in the project definition

Diagnosis
When you create a construction progress report, the posting date of theprogress report document must lie after the project start date.
No start date was entered for the start date.

System Response
The construction progress report could not be processed.

Procedure

  • Firstly enter a start date in the project definition.

  • The check is implemented in the default implementation of BAdI
    • definition /SAPPCE/PNV in method CONSISTENCY_HEAD_CHECK. If you do notwant this check you can create your own BAdI implementation.
