Diagnosis
You are trying to use document &V1& as a template for transferringconstruction progress report data into the SAP System or for readingconstruction progress report data from the SAP System. However, it hasnot been been found in the SAP database for the Business DocumentService (BDS).
Templates must be physically stored in the SAP database using theBusiness Document Navigator
(BDN). This must also be carried out in Customizing forConstruction Progress Report and Valuation.

Procedure
Go to system administration and carry out the following steps:
System administration must store the document that you want to use as atemplate using the Business Document Navigator (TransactionOAOR).
System administration must define which template can be used for theconstruction progress report in Customizing for ConstructionProgress Report and Valuation under AssignTemplates (BDS documents) for Construction Progress Reports
