Diagnosis
There are some open entries in tables OBEW & ROWA. Also therecould be some Chargeable Component in the valuation area for which SCCis being deactivated.
SCC cannot be deactivated in valuation area &V1& with open entries orChargeable Components.

Procedure
Run Create Chargeable Invoice andPost Alternative A/P to close all open SCCentries.
Run Change Component Type transaction toconvert all Chargeable Component to Non Chargeable.
