Diagnosis
Possible causes are:
1. Pricing procedure for purchasing/ billing document does not have aDRM price protection condition type.
2. If DRM is set up as a distributed scenerio, the connectivity betweenthe DRM execution system and the OLTP system is not available.

Procedure
1. For cause 1., check customizing.
2. For cause 2., contact your system administrator.
