Diagnosis
When an Inventory Reconciliation record is released the systemautomatically releases all other Inventory Reconciliation records forthe same Effective Date, Tracking Partner and Material. Some of theserecords could not be locked. So this record also could not beprocessed.

Procedure
Make sure that no other user is locking any Inventory Reconciliationrecord for the same Effective Date, Tracking Partner and Materialcombination and try releasing again.
