Diagnosis The DRM system has been unable to find the audit trail that has recordedthe corresponding delivery note/ goods issue. This could be because: The delivery note/ goods issue the invoice has not been processed yet inthe transaction processing due list. The outputs of these documents have failed to update the transactionprocessing due list. Procedure If the corresponding delivery note/ goods issue are present in the R/3transaction processing due list, then release these records beforereleasing the invoice. If the corresponding delivery note/ goods issue are NOT present in theR/3 transaction processing due list, then manually fire the outputs fromthese documents. |
