The scale area has not been intialized yet, that is, it has not yetbeen connected with a condition record.

System Response
It is not possible to create the scale, or to add a new dimension to ascale.

Procedure

Customer
Inform your system administrator.

Developer
Initialize the scale area using the method COPY_WSI_TO_SCALE_AREA. Inthis way, the scale area will be connected with the condition recordspecified in the method. See also the documentation for this method.
