Diagnosis
Condition record with the number &v1& should be deleted although it isnot in the change mode. This could be prevented by a lock.

Procedure
Check other messages regarding a possible lock. The prerequisite for adeletion is that the condition record was selected successfully in thechange mode in the buffer.
