Diagnosis External scale element &v1& could not be written into the DDIC. An external scale element is a normal structure. It must fulfillminimum requirements in its consistency in order to be created in theDDIC. There is probably a program error. System Response External scale element &v1& is not transferred to the DDIC. Activationcannot be executed later as the structure does not exist in the DDIC. Procedure Inform your system administrator.
