Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the entries in the scale table refer to condition recordsthat are still required. If not, they must be deleted. When doing this,you should take into account the entries in the corresponding conditiontables, in the possible supplement table, in the reference book and inother existing scale tables. Under no circumstances should you onlydelete entries within this database table; this would put the system inan inconsistent state.
In a future release it will be possible to archive the conditionrecords concerned. This is the better solution as there is no dataloss.
