Inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the condition records in the supplement condition tableare still required. If not, they must be deleted. When doing this,entries in the respective condition table, in the reference book andpossibly in scale tables should be taken into account. Under nocircumstances should you delete the entries in this table only; thiswould put the system in an inconsistent state.
In a future release it will be possible to archive the conditionrecords concerned. This is the better solution as there is no dataloss.
