Diagnosis
Basis communication structure &v1& could not be written into the DDIC.
A basis communication structure is a normal structure. It needs tofulfill minimal requirements in its consistency in order to be createdin the DDIC. There is probably an error in the definition of the fieldcatalog, or in the program.
For each registered application three basis communciation structuresare generated for search queries: for constant, mostly constant andvariable search criteria. They each contain all fields that arerequired for searching for condition records in this and itssubordinate applications in each category. Examples of fields from thethree categories using a sales order in CRM:
Constant field: Sales order number
Mostly constant field: Sales organization, sold-to party (unlike inR/3, these are item fields in CRM)
Variable field: Product (this is most probably different for each item)

System Response
Basis communication structure &v1& is not transferred to the DDIC.Activation is not possible later as the structure does not exist in theDDIC.

Inform your system administrator.

If the error occurred after you entered a new field in the new fieldcatalog, check the field catalog for consistency. Otherwise inform yourresponsible support organization.
