Diagnosis
Activation of an access report failed.
An access report is a normal executable program. It can only beactivated if there are no syntax errors.
If there are error messages for this access report or other objects inthis block, there may already be a note for this problem.
The reason may be that the authorizations are not correct.

Procedure
If there were earlier messages in the generation log, correct them.
If there were no previous error messages, implement a syntax check onthe report and try and activate it manually. The error messages thatthen appear describe the cause of the activation problem in detail. Donot make manual changes in the report and these will be overwritten inthe next generation run. In this case, there is an error at some stagein the generation process that must be dealt with by correcting thereference report or function module used to implement generation.
