Diagnosis
Under certain circumstances, for performance reasons a test read isimplemented in the database, whereby only specific field information isused. This transaction is known as the prestep.
Records found during the prestep are kept in the memory. As is anyinformation to say that no record was found.

System Response
The buffered information found in the memory is read. You can then seethat no condition record was found in Prestep. The access was notexecuted as no condition record was found.
