Diagnosis For the refund template, the mapping for original sales transactions ismissing in Customizing. You maintain refund details in customer-specific fields in POSDM. Thefield names are mapped in the LPA mapping Customizing activity. Thesemappings are profile specific. System Response The system cannot find the original sales transaction details, andtherefore cannot process the refund template. Procedure Maintain mapping for the fields where details of the original salestransaction are maintained. These include:
- Original Store
- Original Sale Date
- Original Workstation ID
- Original Transaction Number
- Original Cashier
