Structure /LIMEB/..._BIZ has already been enhanced by the field.
Structure /LIMEB/QUERY_..._RANGE is not changed.

Procedure
Check whether a table type with the same name already exists.
Try to delete and then regenerate the field.

If the problem still exists, inform the SAP administrator.
