Procedure
The user parameter CAC has to be set. This can be done directly in yourrole as Cost Accountant. Select the link 'Set Controlling Area' in theapplication launching area above the Power List. A popup is displayed.Select your controlling area. If you press 'Enter' the value will bevalid for this session only. If you press 'Save' the value will bepermanently saved in your user parameters. It can always be changed viathis link 'Set Controlling Area'. This link is available in all relevantfolders.

Procedure for System Administration
Alternatively the user parameter CAC for controlling area can be set bythe system administrator.
