Diagnosis
Functional locations are assigned to a force element based on theresponsible work center. This also enables you to determine in whichlogical system the functional location is available as "active" and canbe changed.
The "Responsible Work Center" field must be filled in the functionallocation or in one of its superior functional locations in thehierarchy.

System Response
The system cannot save the functional location.

Procedure
Maintain the "Responsible Work Center" field in the functional locationor in one of its superior functional locations in the hierarchy.
