Diagnosis
The funds center is derived from the cost center maintained in the forceelement, or alternatively from the WBS element.
If this information cannot be derived, it may be due to the following:

• The cost center assignment in the force element does not
exist on the key date

• The WBS element assignment does not exist


• The funds center derivation for WBS element and/or cost
center is not maintained
If a WBS element is assigned in the force element in addition to thecost center, the funds center is determined on the basis of he strategysequence in transaction FMDERIVE.

Procedure


• If the cost center assignment is missing in the force
element, create it

• If you want to derive the funds center from the WBS
element, the WBS element must be assigned in the force element

• If the funds center derivation is missing, maintain this
using transaction FMDERIVE
