The validity periods of the objects to be created and the relationshiptarget do not overlap.

System Response
A relationship cannot be created, because neither the objects to becreated nor the relationship target exist at the same point in time.However, a relationship can only be created within the validity periodsof the relationship source and target.

Procedure
For the objects to be created, select a validity period that overlapswith that of the relationship target. Alternatively, select arelationship target with a validity period that overlaps with theobjects to be created.
