Diagnosis
The HR relationship between the organizational object and a CO object(CCtr, PCtr, CCtr Grp, PCtr Grp) cannot be saved.
If the organizational measure is active, the reason the relationshipcannot be saved may be that an unsuitable measure was used to write therelationship(s).

Procedure
If the organizational measure is active, use the measure type"individual measure" or create a suitable measure type in Customizing.
Otherwise, check whether:
1. The corresponding target object for therelationship (CCtr, PCtr, CCtr Grp, PCtr Grp) is available in the system
2. The Customizing settings allowrelevant relationships to be written in the current status(table T777F)
