Diagnosis The outbound warranty claim template is defined in the set type forwarranty product &V3&. It is defined by two values: transaction type(value: &V1&) and object ID (value: &V2&). Probably one of the two isempty or the entered outbound warranty claim template does not exist. Procedure Correct the outbound warranty claim template definition in the set typefor warranty product &V3&.
