Procedure
To activate the necessary ICF services for CRM interactive reportingperform the following steps:
Start Maintain Services (transaction SICF) and choose Execute
.
Under Virtual Host / Services select default_host ->sap -> crm.
Select crm_op_query. In the context menu choose ActivateService.
Select crm_or_mime. In the context menu choose ActivateService.
Under Virtual Host / Services select default_host ->sap -> bc -> bsp -> sap.
Select bsp_crm_flexbse. In the context menu choose ActivateService.
