SAP Message /BON/AG_MAINTENANCE007 - No record with application &1 and condition type &2

Diagnosis
Table /BON/C_COND_CT does not contain a record with application &V1& andcondition type &V2&. Table /BON/C_COND_CT (corresponds to table T685A inSAP ERP) contains the usage-specific additional data for the conditiontype.

System Response
Processing is canceled.

Procedure
Check the Customizing settings for condition generation:

  • If the condition type comes from SAP ERP, check the condition type there
    • and perform a Customizing download. You cannot create the condition typemanually in SAP CRM.
    • If the condition type comes from SAP CRM, maintain the missing fields
      • for the condition type.
