Diagnosis
Not all types of special customers who are stored in the customers inthe client &v1& can be converted into special partner types.
Suitable special partner types haveneither been created nor set.

System Response
The corresponding customers cannot be converted.
In the following, those customers whose special customer indicatorscannot be changed to special partner types, are listed.

Procedure
Check the settings of the special partner types:

• Log on in client &v1&.


• Check the settings of the special partner types for
ship-to parties and adjust or complete them.
Restart converting the special customers into the master data for ship-to parties (report &v2&) or maintain the master data in the dialog mode(transaction &v3&).
