SAP Message /DSD/SL_FSR003 - Settlement document &1 could not be blocked (error in lock management)

Diagnosis The settlement document &V1& cannot be blocked because the systemreported an error in the lock management. System Response The settlement document &V1& cannot be processed. Further settlementdocuments, if any, will be processed. Procedure Inform your system administrator. Wait until the error in the lockmanagement is corrected. Then you can repeat processing.
