Diagnosis
Missing remote function call (RFC) connection for the BW client.

Procedure
Create an RFC connection in your CRM system that points to the BWclient. Then define the connection in Customizing.
Use Configuration of RFC Connections (transaction SM59) tocreate the RFC connection as follows:
Create one RFC connection pointing to the BW client (RFC destinationsXXXCLNTNNN_T with XXX for the system and NNN the client number).
Under Logon & Security, choose No for the trustedsystem, put the BW client number as the client, and choose the ALE user(normally ALEREMOTE), providing the correct password.
In all CRM clients, use Maintain Table Views (transactionSM30) to enter the RFC destination to the BW client for viewSMOFPARSFA as follows:
