The TMS configuration is already being edited by another user and islocked (ENQUEUE lock).

Procedure
You cannot change the TMS configuration until it is no longer beingedited. If the ENQUEUE lock is stuck in lock management due to asession terminating or other serious problems, and no one is editingthe TMS configuration any longer, you can use transaction SM12to specifically remove the lock (table RSTABLE lock argumentTMSMCONF *). This action is logged.
