SAPphone-related data are not determined by this method. Go to theSAPphone administration or to the alert monitor administration in CCMSfor this.

Procedure
You can only start the data collection method manually for testpurposes. For use in the productive system, in the alert monitorenvironment select the required method as a data collection method tobe started automatically at regular intervals.
