Diagnosis
The tracking status was already requested and is still being processed.

System Response
When a tracking request is transmitted, the object is blocked. This isto prevent the object from being tracked multiple times simultaneously.

Procedure for System Administration
There is a problem with the tracking server:
Check that the RFC destination for the tracking server is active in theSmall Parcel Carrier Cockpit.
A tracking request has been lost and the object is still blocked:
Delete the lock entry.
Note:
The lock entry is ignored automatically after 30 minutes.
