The promotion cannot be created.

Procedure
To be able to use the active planning version, you must assign anactive planning version to planning step &V3& for planning scenarioV2 in customizing, under basic settings.
If you want to use a different planning version, deselect the "Useactive planning version" indicator in Customizing for interface &V1&.
