SAP Message WXP247 - DB table &1 does not match the characteristics/keyfigs for the plng step

Diagnosis
You want to replace database table &V2& with table &V1&.
Characteristics and key figures have already been assigned for theplanning step in question.
Change an entry for a database table is therefore only possible if allassigned characteristics and key figures also exist in the new tableV1.
This is not the case for the changes in question. The characteristic orkey figure &V3& (field name &V4&) does not exist in the new databasetable.

Procedure

  • Delete all the characteristics and key figures for the planning step
    • that you no longer require.
    • Then change the entry in the database.
