Diagnosis
In planning step &V1&, you have assigned attribute &V3& to planningcharacteristic &V2&. This attribute can, however, no longer be used.One possible reason for this is that the check table for the planningcharacteristic (&V2&) was changed subsequently.

System Response
Due to this inconsistency, the system cannot activate your planningscenario.

Procedure
Goto the attribute screen for characteristic &V2& in planning step &V1&and delete the assignment to the planning characteristic.Alternatively, you could change the check table for planningcharacteristic &V2&.
When you have done this, check the planning scenario once more.
