Diagnosis
To determine historical sales data (sales history) from SAP BW themethod &V1& from theanalytical application &V2&should be used. However, this method is not maintained inCustomizing for data retraction for Retail/CP.

Procedure
Check that your entries are correct - method &V1& of the analyticalapplication &V2& - for reading sales data. Ensure that the default value009 is used for the analytical application if no correspondingentry was made in the RRM profile.
Alternatively, maintain Customizing for the method specified.
