In message determination, the shipping time for plant &V2& and messagetype &V1& is set as "Immediately". This is not permitted in promotionannouncement, as messages are bundled before being sent.

Procedure
Change the shipping time in the message record for message type &V1&and plant &V2&, or the distribution chain concerned, and then executethe announcement again.
