Diagnosis
The promotion is assigned an announcement category that requiresconfirmation of required quantities. For this to be possible, theannouncement must first have been made.

Procedure
In the Announcement follow-on function, carry out the message for thematerials and plants concerned. You can then enter the requiredquantities for this item in the overview of plant items in the PlantQuantities screen or in the Reply per plant screen. If the requiredquantity is zero, you can close the reply in the Announcement using therelevant function.
When the reply/confirmation of requested quantities is closed, you cangenerate the allocation table with the plant quantities entered.
