Diagnosis
To be able to create promotion announcements for a promotion, a validannouncement type must be assigned to the promotion plant groups. Here,the announcment type is missing or is not allowed.
Only those announcement types are allowed which are maintained inallocation table notification types inCustomizing.

Procedure
Maintain a valid announcement type in plant group assignment for thepromotion or create a new announcement type in Customizing.
