Diagnosis
An attempt was made to block or unblock a promotion or a promotionitem. If subsequent processing steps have already been successfullycarried out for the promotion in question, then you can no longercarry out blocking statuses.

System Response
The change to the block status is rejected. The status validpreviously is reset.
