Diagnosis
A customer master record is also always created for stores. Theplant number is stored as a reference for the plant table in thecustomer master. The absence of plant numbers in the customer masterrecord causes this message.

Procedure
Since the store groups are created using the customer number,there are two possible causes of this error.

• The reference to the plant number is missing in the customer
master of the store.
In this case maintain the reference.

• An actual customer was inadvertently assigned to a store group

In this case remove the customer from the store group.
