The Warranty integration for Service Centre application has beenswitched on using transaction OWTYSC > Maintain application status -active / inactive. As a result the related customzing tableWTYSC_MAPPING needs to be filled.,which determines the default statusfor the dropdowns Claim Creation Control and Claim Update Control on theControl tab and the claim type of the subsequent claim created undertransaction WTY for the current order type and plant

Make an entry using transaction OWTYSC > Warranty Triggers andEnhancements in Service Order > Maintain Determination of RelatedDocument Types and Triggers and make an entry for your order type andplant.
