SAP Message WTY309 - Authorization missing; contact your system administrator

Diagnosis
You want to process a warranty claim but you do not have the requiredauthorization.

Procedure
The system contains the following three authorization objects forprocessing warranty claims:

  • C_WTY_ACT Warranty Claim Processing: Actions

  • C_WTY_STAT Warranty Claim Processing: Status

  • C_WTY_OBJ Warranty Claim Processing: Edit/Process Object

    • The settings in your user master record do not include the authorizationfor at least one of the above. Please contact your system administratorand request to receive the authorization to execute the user action yourequire.
