SAP Message WTADDI_IDOC015 - No assignment for materials and stores for promotion & exists

Diagnosis
The IDoc promotion &V1& is to contain start and end dates when segment11 of the additionals IDoc is being filled.
The material/store assignment for a promotion (table "WALE") wasaccessed using the following values:

  • Promotions &V1&

  • Material &V2&

  • Unit of measure &V3&

  • Customer or store &V4&

    • Access was unsuccessful.

    System Response
    Start and end dates for promotion &V1& could not be defined. Fields"AVKVO" and "AVKBI" for segment "E1WTADDI11" in the IDoc are leftempty.

    Procedure
    Check the material and store assignments for promotion &V1&.
