Diagnosis
You have defined automatic generation of a purchase order for anadditional as a follow-upaction. In order to generate a purchase order, the system has todetermine a vendor.

System Response
The follow-on purchase order cannot be generated automatically. Thesystem sets an error status flag in theadditionals document to indicate this.

Procedure
Maintain an additionals vendor for additional &V1& and vendor &V2&. Ifyou are authorized to do so, you can enter the additionals vendor forthe document interactively in the additionals monitor function.
