Diagnosis You have not published the ITS service &V1& / &V2& correctly in thesystem. System Response This may prevent the RMA reporting and the connected RMA Audit Trailfrom functioning. Procedure Publish the ITS service &V1&/&V2& in your system. Refer to Note 808347for a description of the procedure. You can publish an ITS service inthe Object Navigator (transaction SE80). Select the object typeInternet Service and enter the name of the service &V1& you wantto publish. Under the service, you can then select and publish thesubject &V2&.
