Diagnosis
You set the Validity flag in Customizing for the follow-up typeof the follow-up/replacement material relationship. When this flag isset, you have to specify a validity period for the follow-up/replacementmaterial relationship.

System Response
The system cannot create, change, or delete the follow-up/replacementmaterial relationship.

Procedure
Specify the start of the validity period in the import file.
