SAP Message /CEM/EE_TRACE013 - Billing document &1 has the accounting trasfer status as blocked

Diagnosis Billing document <(>&<)>V1& has the accounting transfer status'Blocked for transfer' (transfer status value 'A'). Billing documentswith this status are not transferred to entitlements. System Response Billing document is not transferred to entitlements.
